On March 2nd, with the support of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Collaborative Development Joint Office, Beijing Municipal Party School, together with Tianjin Municipal Party School and the Hebei Provincial Party School, jointly held High-end Forum for the Ten-year Implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development Strategy. Dai Jian, Vice President and Secretary General of Zhongguancun Federation of Social Organizations and Secretary General of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Entrepreneurs Union, was invited to attend the forum and gave the keynote speech.

Dai Jian delivered the report titled "Promoting Regional Industrial Cooperation to Deeper Levels through the Integration and Cooperation of Enterprises in Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei Region" in the parallel forum. He believed that the integration and cooperation of enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region played an important role in promoting regional industrial cooperation. By strengthening cooperation, sharing resources, and achieving mutual benefit, enterprises in BTH Region could reduce production costs with production efficiency improvement, and optimize industrial structure. Currently, the integration and development of enterprises in BTH Region still faced a series of challenges, such as poor communication between enterprises and the need for further optimization of the business environment. In the new stage of coordinated development in BTH Region, regional industrial cooperation should be promoted to a deeper level through various means. The first mean is to create an industrial chain and supply chain cooperation platform, with promotion of the interconnection of enterprises in the three regions. The second is to optimize the industrial cooperation ecosystem and create a good atmosphere for cooperation. The third is to promote the integration of enterprises into the global industrial chain and enhance the international competitiveness of industries in BTH Region.
