In order to explore effective paths and models for digital empowerment and development assistance with further promotion of the development of the industrial chain, the 7th Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Private Economy Industry Exchange Conference, jointly organized by the Federations of Industry and Commerce of the three areas, was successfully held in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. Li Honglu, Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of CPC Hebei Provincial Committee, Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the Party Group of Hebei Federation of Industry and Commerce, Li Zhenkun, Member and Vice Chairman of the Party Group of Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Yu Weizhong, Member and Vice Chairman of the Party Group of Tianjin Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the conference and delivered speeches, they gave important guidance for promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the development of private economy. More than 120 heads of relevant departments, business associations, enterprise representatives, and renowned experts and scholars in the digital field from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, attended the meeting.

Dai Jian, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Zhongguancun Federation of Social Organizations, and President of Beijing Collaborative Development Service Promotion Association, was present at the meeting and delivered important speeches on digital empowerment and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. He pointed out that the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei has entered the critical stage. According to his speech, social organization, as an important force in promoting regional coordinated development and assisting enterprises in digital transformation and development, should shoulder the main responsibility of serving the transformation, upgrading of private enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and promoting rural revitalization. Zhongguancun Federation of Social Organizations will fully leverage its role as the bridge and link, integrating social resources, continuously tapping into the needs of enterprises in the region to build digital service platform. It promotes strong, complementary and extended industrial chains in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and empowers innovative development in the region.

 In the conference, the social organizations in digital field of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement to strengthen the mutual output and sharing of innovation experiences among the three areas, which enhanced the cooperation in digital technology innovation. The 12 private enterprises in the region signed the 6 cooperation agreements, further facilitating the transfer and introduction of digital technology achievements among enterprises, guiding them to increase investment in scientific and technological innovation, and improving the innovation capabilities of digital enterprises in the region. Additionally, the representatives of business associations in the three areas, business leaders, experts and scholars shared their experiences and insights, exploring the paths and methods of industrial collaborative innovation in the digital era. During the conference, the digital scenarios for rural revitalization was released, which plan high-value scenarios, and drive the rapid development of the digital economy.

The conference offered an important platform for the cooperation of private economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, promoting resource sharing and mutual benefit with new vitality to regional economic development. It is reported that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Entrepreneur Alliance is planned to be established within this year, under the guidance and support of relevant government departments. The daily secretarial work might be handled by Zhongguancun Federation of Social Organizations. The alliance will make positive contributions to promoting the interconnection and win-win cooperation of enterprises in the three areas, with high-quality development of regional economy and industries.
