During the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum, the Munich and Berlin offices of  Zhongguancun Federation of Social Organizations  (also representing Zhongguancun enterprises in Munich and Berlin) organized and invited technology company principals from four countries. These included representatives from the Berlin Economic and Technological Promotion Bureau, the Innovation Center of the Technical University of Munich, the German Teachers' Training Association, Quasare AI Company, and Futurail Rail Technology Company. The invited guests participated in the forum's opening ceremony and related activities in Beijing. Additionally, Steve Rowan, Vice President of the European Patent Office, was invited to record a video speech for the Global Intellectual Property Protection and Innovation Forum.

During their visit to Beijing, the group held a China-Germany enterprise project matchmaking meeting in Fengtai District on April 25. Attendees included Liu Jingquan, Deputy Director of the Fengtai Park Management Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, and Gao Yanni, Deputy Director of the Industrial Promotion Center of Fengtai Park, Zhongguancun Science Park. Seven high-tech projects from Germany were showcased, covering areas such as artificial intelligence, rail transit, and dual-system education. German enterprise leaders engaged in in-depth exchanges with their Chinese counterparts and institutions. A German company specializing in the development and production of high-speed rail accessories reached a preliminary cooperation agreement with a rail transit enterprise in Fengtai. The ZGCFSO representative office will continue to promote in-depth communication between both parties, striving to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation.

The delegation members expressed that this visit to Zhongguancun left a profound impression on them. They were very excited to witness the new achievements and technologies of Zhongguancun firsthand and expressed their willingness to return to Beijing and Zhongguancun in the future to explore further cooperation and development. Zhongguancun Federation of Social Organizations will continue to facilitate communication and exchanges between China and Germany, as well as China and Europe, technology innovation entities. ZGCFSO aims to build smooth cooperation channels, introduce high-quality international projects, and support Chinese enterprises in expanding their overseas markets.
